The views above on the mountain towards the sea are unforgettable. It is a few minute drive to the sea or a downhill bike ride to Star-Grad. The land is in the middle of the mountain vineyard area about 2.5 km from Stari-Grad, the wine from here is wonderful. the surrounding properties all are growing Plavic grapes that become Svrice Winery bottles or some olives and lavendar. There is a plot on both sides of the old dirt road, the lower is considered by the locals as grade A farmland at the very bottom of the mountains next to the old river. The rest is terraced up the hill part open part now forested. I had the driveway cut and the small building started. I lived camped out on the property for 2 years getting it that far. I cleared by hand years of overgrowth. The road to it is a bit rough in a few places, but not a problem.The views as you can see are amazing. The property could be a grape paradise and provide lots of bottles of Hvar Plavac wine yearly.

.this is an amazing opportunity for someone who wants privacy, a place to go on Hvar without breaking the bank. Plus no neighbors well over a kilometer away. The house can be finished reasonably by the folks that got it that far, a very dear friend and his father from the village who are local builders..
