The views above on the mountain towards the sea are unforgettable. It is a few minute drive to the sea or a downhill bike ride to Star-Grad. The village at the end of the canyon is the greatest, friendly, honest, decent people. The land is in the middle of the mountain vineyard area about 2.5 km from Stari-Grad, the wine from here is wonderful. the surrounding properties all are growing Plavic grapes that become Svrice Winery bottles or some olives and lavendar. There is a plot on both sides of the old dirt road, the lower is considered by the locals as grade A farmland at the very bottom of the mountains next to the old river. The rest is terraced up the hill part open part now forested. I had the driveway cut and the small building started. I lived camped out on the property for 2 years getting it that far. I cleared by hand years of overgrowth. The road to it is a bit rough in a few places, but not a problem.The views as you can see are amazing.
