| This family owned company is specialized in the production of Crémant, for its own account and own brands, as well as for more than 300 French wine growers (from Corsica to Nantes). The brand has an important goodwill in France and on the international stage. The Company was rewarded for the quality of wines (Guide Hachette 2008, national competition of Cremants of France, etc.) and for its work in traceability and in environmental protection. PRODUCTION & SERVICES The Company is specialized in the production of Crémant for its own brand: 4 White Cremants and 2 Pink Cremants and provide a full service to other wine growers : Wine making, refining-breeding, bottling, capsule sealing and labeling, packaging; with diverse qualities of material These sparkling wines arise from strictly controlled vines: Sémillon, Muscadelle and Cabernet-Sauvignon. Approximately 1,200,000 bottles are produced last year with 50% for own brands. MEANS OF ACTIVITY For its activity, the Company has a property of more than 30,000 m², on which stands an industrial building set (1,200 m²), including: offices: reception, room of tasting a room for bottling, a laboratory and an office (> 500m²) storage (> 300m²) Cuverie - wine storehouse of bottling (> 1,000m²). For the maturation of wines, the company also benefits from subterranean cellars (4.5km), with a constant temperature of 13°C. These profound galleries were digging in the limestone at the beginning of the century. During one year, the slow maturation gives to the products exceptional quality. With a full capacity double line of 12 giro-palettes, the Company manages a permanent stock about 1,000,000 bottles and owns all the necessary equipments for winemaking, aging and packaging. DISTRIBUTION France wine trade : 60% On Trade and specialized shop : 10% Export : 10% Supermarkets : 20% KEY FIGURES The turnover is approx. 2.5 M€ last year with 40% in providing wine services, with an EBITDA approx 10%. |
