| GRAPE SUPPLY CONTRACT CONFIRMED - CABLE STATION VINEYARD Following the successful sale of the Cape Campbell wine assets the Cable Station vineyard now has a grape supply contract in place with a substantial wine company for the 2011 to 2013 harvests. This Marlborough vineyard located in Cable Station Road offers over 100 hectares (247 acres) of Marlborough land with approximately 73 hectares (180 acres) of that planted in established Sauvignon Blanc, Pinot Gris, Pinot Noir, Gewürztraminer and Chardonnay. Expected to produce in excess of 600 tonnes annually this property has been developed by a pioneering viticulture family who have utilised their 30 years of Marlborough knowledge in the vineyard planning and operation. The vineyard is an accredited sustainable winegrower of New Zealand which produces award-winning wines that are currently sold in New Zealand and International markets including USA, UK, Asia and Australia. The property is available as part of a receivership sale and includes a substantial modern homestead that has been positioned to capture views across the vineyard and towards the ranges. A manager’s dwelling incorporating three-bedroom accommodation and vineyard offices are also located on the property along with large implement buildings. Irrigation is provided to 100% of the vineyard and water supply secured through a shareholding in Blind River Irrigation Ltd and stored on the property in a 100,000m³ lake and dam.
