Our smallest estate is offered under $50,000. We offer in-house financing on the estates with as little as $10,000 down and financed over 5 years. Property transfers will be done through an Argentinean “Escribano”, which is a notary/attorney who is licensed to handle real estate transfers. Legal property rights are very much like in Europe and North America. Transfers are recorded to a property recorders office and are government guaranteed. The transfer cost for the estates is $2000, all other costs are covered by Gavilan Estates. The buyer has the choice of selecting the ‘escribano’.
