Among the fruit trees and bushes , there are apricot trees (prunus armeniaca), plum trees (prunus domestica) , wild cherry trees ( prunus avium), cherry trees (prunus cerasus), peach trees (prunus pérsica), white and black blackberry trees(rubus fructicosus), raspberry trees (rubus idacus), quince trees (cydonia oblonga), white and rose pear trees (pyrus), green and red apple trees (malus domestica), fig trees (ficus carica) and pomengrate trees ( púnica granatum). There are some dry fruit trees such as walnut trees (juglans regis), chestnut trees (castanea) and almond trees (prunus dulcis). The park would not have been perfect if it lacked the typical olive trees (olea europaea) or some rows of Merlot and Torrentés Riojana.
The general state of the property is very good but as all old houses some repair should be done to develop a touristic-commercial activity. As the park is really enormous, some areas could be destined to building.
