Yakima Valley. Established in 1991, the vineyards currently grow eight
different varieties of grapes (Sangiovese, Marsanne, Nebbiolo, Chenin
Blanc, Sauvignon Blanc, Syrah, Viognier, and Cabernet Sauvignon.) with
the winery producing twelve of its own wines including recent award
winning varieties of Cabernet Sauvignon (2004 & 2002) and Nebbiolo
(2003). In addition to its own wines, the winery produces five private
label wines for customers ranging from restaurants to grocery store
chains and country clubs to professional sports teams and a boxed wine
for a variety of retail venues. The winery facilities include a 5328
square foot production facility, a 3144 square foot warehouse, and a 720
square foot tasting room. The staff of the business includes a vigneron,
a warehouse manager, two tasting room employees, and the owner.
The winery is also home to a 1280 square foot guest house for wine
oriented vacationers and/or Yakima valley bicyclers. The guest house has
a fully equipped kitchen, large deck, and three bedrooms with queen beds
and full bathrooms with showers.
The owner’s 2452 square foot onsite residence has four bedrooms & three
bathrooms.
