A 88 acre farm with the winery housed in a restored 1850’s post and beam barn, the tasting room overlooks the tank room separated by a glass wall. A second 4800 sq ft 5 year old building is conditioned and utilized for barrel and case good storage. A brick home and cottage from the 1850’s complete the package. The sale will include all equipment and inventory. A current production capability of 10-12 K cases is expandable without changing the foot print. The winery is permitted for 25K cases. Most equipment is 5 years old (bottling line, press, and C/D). All tanks are jacketed and attached to a glycol chilling system; a portable glycol heater (included) can be attached to all tanks.

The vineyard of 15 acres was planted in 1987 and 1995 to a mix of Vinifera and Hybrid grapes. The vineyard is trained to VSP and is completely deer fenced, a total of 30-40 acres can be developed as vineyard on the property. 40+ acres of long term contracted vineyards (all Vinifera) assure a ready supply of high quality fruit. Top wines are Chardonnay, Riesling, a Meritage of Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc and Merlot, and Port have all received gold and double golds in major competitions in the last year and are well received by consumers
