The two vineyards (constituting 420 acres) are dedicated to producing a collection of red wines, situated in the prime agricultural and viticultural region of the Tulare County, with the winery and vineyard adjacent to a central highway (99);

- East & West DeGraff Estate, 231.47 acres, winery and building;
- 9.4 acres adjacent to the winery available for expansion.
The 35,000 ft2 winery, completed in 2003, is located in the heart of the DeGraff vineyards and has a capacity of 1.1 million gallons with refrigerated stainless steel tanks and ultra modern bolting line.
